ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Master's of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as an Occupational Therapist.Now Hiring: Occupational TherapistPosition Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRNLocation: Southern Physical Therapy ClinicAddress: 1620 Hwy 11 N Suite E, Picayune, MS 39466Overview:Southern Physical Therapy Clinic is experiencing growth and is now hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for an Outpatient Clinic with a pediatrics focus in Picayune, MS. While full-time is preferred, candidates with part-time or PRN availability will also be considered.Caseload / Patient Population: The Occupational Therapist will manage a caseload that includes general orthopedics, neurological cases, and hand and upper extremity cases. However, the primary focus will be on pediatric patients. This is a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting that includes Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). Full-time OTs typically complete 45-55 patient visits per week.Work Schedule: Full-time position working Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays required. The work schedule can be flexible based on the needs of the candidate. Clinic hours: Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 6 pm Friday: 7 am - 12 pmCompensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly rate starting around $32 per hour for new graduates, with increases based on experience. Bonus program based on individual performance. New graduate OTs are encouraged to apply mentorship and training are available. Full-time availability is preferred.
