As we expand our reach, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive our sales growth.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.- Conduct in-person appointments and presentations with potential business owners to showcase our products/services.- Build and maintain relationships with existing businesses to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for target markets and achieve sales goals.- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar sales role.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
