Required Qualifications:
Proven track record of overachieving sales targets in a high-growth
environment
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to leverage data for informed decision-making
Experience in Fintech, software, IT, or SaaS industries
preferred
