Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employer Implementation Analyst to
support stakeholders with project management methodology during the
onboarding process and ongoing client support.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard clients to the platform with a high success rate and
process plan configurations
Analyze and resolve client escalations within a specified timeframe
while identifying trends and gaps in processes
Gather and document employer information accurately and configure
settings in required platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio, and
PowerPoint
1+ years of experience working with employer groups preferred
1+ years of experience in health insurance or consumer-directed
products preferred
