Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Safety and Risk Claims
Consultant to deliver customized claims training and analysis to
mitigate employee lost work time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical claim expertise and coaching to management
Analyze claim data to develop strategies for return to work and
claim closure
Design and facilitate training on employee injury management and
claims administration
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Associate in Risk Management
(ARM) preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience
Knowledge of workers' compensation claims systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
