A company is looking for a Remote Workers Compensation/ Med Pay
Subrogation Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily performance of the Work Comp/ Med Pay Team,
including training and motivating team members
Navigate through proprietary databases to process and resolve
claims with subrogation potential
Document all activities related to recovery, including
conversations, correspondence, and file updates
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of insurance claims supervision with Work Comp/ Med Pay
subrogation experience
High School Diploma
Typing speed of 45+ wpm accurately
Basic accounting knowledge for accurate computations
Thorough knowledge of subrogation principles and property
claims
