Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Payables Solutions and Growth
to develop and execute strategies for automated bill payment and
credit card capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and implement a go-to-market strategy for accelerating
adoption of payment capabilities
Drive collaboration across teams to achieve program goals and
deliverables
Lead the payables solutions team while fostering a culture of
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of management experience with a track record
of driving transactional revenue growth
Experience in enabling volume growth through both one-on-one and
scaled approaches
Exceptional leadership skills with a history of developing
high-performing teams
Experience in the technology or non-profit sector is a strong
asset
Working knowledge of digital payments and fintech
