Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Translational Sciences to
lead the development and execution of translational science
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of translational science
strategies for drug candidates
Oversee non-clinical and early clinical studies, ensuring
compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Manage relationships with external partners and lead a
high-performing team of scientists
Required Qualifications
PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree in pharmacology,
toxicology, DMPK, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in translational science,
preferably in biologics
Strong expertise in clinical pharmacology, DMPK, and toxicology
Proven experience in leading preclinical studies and regulatory
submissions
Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
