A company is looking for a Technical Partner Success Specialist
to enhance partner relationships and support their business
growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coach, advise, and train partners on best practices for selling and
facilitating services
Engage with partners to solve technical problems and improve their
understanding of the platform
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the sales cycle through
technical expertise
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; 4-year related college degree
preferred
1-3 years of computer and networking support experience in managed
services preferred
1 year of Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration experience
preferred
Demonstrated understanding of DNS, SMTP, and basic networking
concepts
Technology degree or applicable technology experience preferred
