Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage
recruitment initiatives and partner with senior leaders across the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel recruitment
initiatives across various technical fields
Develop strategies to source and engage high-impact talent while
maintaining candidate relationships
Act as a thought-partner to hiring teams, providing market
intelligence and funnel reporting
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a high-growth tech
environment
Proven success in hiring for niche talent markets and leading
recruitment strategy
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and
partner with hiring managers
Experience engaging with candidates at industry conferences and
events
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous
environments
