Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal HR Business Partner to
support Engineering, Design, and Product teams in a remote-first
environment transitioning to a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a coach and consultant for people managers, enhancing their
leadership capabilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in organizational development,
L&D, and employee relations
Oversee and report on the progress of people initiatives, ensuring
alignment with business needs
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of Human Resources experience, with 5+ years in an HRBP
role
Experience in startup to medium-sized technology companies
Knowledge of compensation philosophy and employment
law/compliance
Experience working with hybrid and remote teams
In-depth knowledge of total compensation in high-growth
companies
