Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Consultant to source,
interview, and fill contract nursing and allied health
positions.
Key Responsibilities
Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow and retain the clinician
network
Utilize an applicant tracking system to contact potential nurses
and maintain accurate candidate information
Consult with clinicians to understand their career needs and
negotiate competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
Associate's Degree with 0-2 years of work experience or High School
Diploma/GED with 2-4 years of work experience
Sales or recruiting experience is preferred
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
