Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll/HR Associate (Remote) in the
Arts and Sciences department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Workday-HCM data for faculty, staff, and
students across multiple departments
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
while adhering to compliance regulations
Coordinate federal work-study funds and assist with documentation
for foreign faculty and students
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent certification
3 years of experience in Human Resources, Personnel, and
Payroll
Experience with payroll processes preferred (5 years)
Bachelor's degree is preferred
No specific certifications required for this position
