Job Description:

A company is looking for an Advanced AI Data Trainer to support the training of AI language models.

Key Responsibilities

Train the AI by generating ideal conversation examples and collecting relevant sources
Evaluate the AI's performance based on accuracy and safety criteria
Test the AI by identifying and documenting errors to improve its functionality

Required Qualifications

Fluent in Switzerland Italian (C1 - C2)
Conversational in English (B1 - C1)
Strong interest in linguistics and language arts
Ability to document learnings and refine training methods
Located in Switzerland
