Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage
full-cycle recruitment for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all stages of the hiring process, including sourcing,
prescreening, and offer extensions
Build and maintain a talent pipeline using diverse channels to
attract high-potential candidates
Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidates' technical
skills and cultural fit
Required Qualifications:
3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS
and web applications
Proven success in sourcing and closing high-quality candidates in
technical disciplines
Familiarity with recruiting technologies and AI tools
Experience working cross-functionally to meet team hiring goals
Ability to use metrics to track success and improve recruitment
processes
