Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Payroll to manage
client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service in
payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned payroll clients,
managing communications and support
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing while addressing
client concerns and compliance issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and
proactively manage client retention
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management,
preferably in payroll or HR tech
Strong understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations, and
compliance
Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide
exceptional customer service
Familiarity with HR and payroll systems or related software
platforms
Ability to handle multiple clients and requests efficiently in a
fast-paced environment
