Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Pastries and Desserts Production Associate to join our team at Ayu Bakehouse. This role involves the production of all components from scratch for tartlets, cookies, and entremets, as well as mixing, laminating, and shaping pastries.

• This position requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Tips are split among staff and average an additional $4-8/hr.Shift Options:We have two shifts available:
  • The AM shift is 7am - 3:30pm (5 x 8hr days) with 2 consecutive days off. This shift includes lamination, cold case, and pastry prep (1 year experience preferred).
  • The PM shift is 10am - 8:30pm (4 x 10hr days) with 2 consecutive days off and the third off mid-week. This shift includes pastry and holiday production and packing.
