Job Summary:

La Boulangerie, part of the esteemed Link Restaurant Group, is seeking an experienced Bread Baker to join our team. As a key member of our pastry shop, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake bread dough, up to 100# per type, to meet quality standards.
• Develop and execute new baked goods recipes.
• Monitor storage, FIFO, and shelf life guidelines for all products.
• Complete daily assigned production duties.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper storage procedures.
• Notify manager of ingredient shortages.
• Train new employees on basic procedures.
• Assist in weekly deep cleaning of the BOH.
  Requirements:
  
  • Minimum of one year of kitchen experience.
  • Basic knife skills.
  • Sanitation and food safety knowledge.
  • Passionate about food and hospitality.
