Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and implement agile sales strategies using data
analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scaling
operations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of sales experience and 2+ years in a leadership role
Experience with data analysis and CRM systems
Preferred: MBA or sales certifications
Preferred: Experience with AI in sales or industry knowledge (e.g.,
construction)
