Job Description:
A Sous Chef at Link Restaurant Group supports the growth of
their family of restaurants in New Orleans. Responsibilities
include quality control, kitchen staff management, food
preparation, and overseeing daily operations. Key duties include
helping with menu preparation, ensuring timely and quality service,
and working with cooks and supervisors to maintain quality control.
Other responsibilities include operating all line stations, setting
up and developing station pars, and ensuring proper closing of the
kitchen. A Sous Chef may be required to work both opening and
closing shifts and assist with duties of other employees when
necessary. The physical demands of this position include seeing,
hearing, speaking, and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds. Link
