Culinary Team Manager Job DescriptionAt Herbsaint, we are
looking for an experienced Culinary Team Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for
overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our
high standards of quality and service are met.Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they are
working efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that
it meets our high standards.
- Develop and implement effective kitchen systems and procedures
to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that they are within
budget.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to health
and safety regulations.Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.Physical
Demands:The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing,
speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, sitting,
standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently
