job is a clinical mentor for junior staff and students Shift: Mon -
Fri / 7:30a -4:00p
Required - High School graduate or equivalent
Work Experience
Required --- Registered in Nuclear Medicine by the ARRT or
equivalent body as recognized by the ACR or Certification by the
Nuclear Medicine Technology Board
Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and
retrieval of patient information.
Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and
keyboard.

Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various
software packages specific to role and keyboard.
Knowledge of all Nuclear Medicine and PET procedures and quality
assurance methods.
Independently operates equipment to complete imaging procedure
according to protocol (including placement of IV and administration
of radiopharmaceuticals)
Reviews patient images prior to transmission to ensure images meet
diagnostic quality standards.
Completes timely quality control procedures in accordance with
regulatory standards and performing notification/remediation as
warranted.
Assists in the facilitation of departmental operations (inventory,
staff schedules, equipment maintenance, etc.)
