Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant with expertise
in employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients during the mid-to-late stages of
the sales cycle to understand their needs
Develop and present tailored benefits solutions in collaboration
with the sales team
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure alignment with client
expectations and service plans
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in benefits consulting with expertise in
alternate funding strategies and underwriting
Proven experience in designing effective benefits programs that
meet client needs
Skilled in managing carrier relationships and negotiations
Experience in client-facing roles, particularly at the executive
and C-suite level
Active Health Insurance License is required
