- Job Details
- VEIN HARVESTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- MUST HAVE FIRST ASSIST CERT AND SCRUB EXPERIENCE
- Mon- Fri
- Unit does not accept first time travelers
- 3 years min experience required
- On call requirement

  - On call requirement
    - Additional Details
    - Current/valid Drivers License/State ID or government photo ID required. Copy must be in color, no black and white copies of document.
    - Must be fully vaccinated prior to start
    - Medical and Religious Exemptions may be submitted for review
    - Ochsner Exemption form must be filled out. Agency form will not be accepted
    - Update annually
    - If certification expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date
