Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Manager to lead and manage
the Service Delivery Team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive team performance through mentoring, evaluations, and
fostering a collaborative environment
Oversee service delivery operations, ensuring timely resolution of
tickets and adherence to KPIs
Serve as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the Service
Delivery Team, ensuring effective communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience managing medium to large technical teams
Familiarity with SOC2 compliance
Familiarity with ITIL-based service processes
Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage (PSA) and MSP-focused reporting
platforms
