Job Description:
A company is looking for an A/R Management Specialist I to
support insurance and patient billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Make calls to patients, hospitals, and insurance carriers to
research claims and obtain information
Document account activity in the claims processing system and
follow up on unpaid claims
Ensure compliance with company standards and state and federal
guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of claims, billing, and collection experience
Customer service experience
Basic understanding of ICD10, HCPCS, and medical terminology
preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office
