Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies to support company
objectives and growth plans
Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and
reporting
Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring compliance with
financial regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in a senior financial management role, with a
strong track record of financial strategy
Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly
desirable
Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and
regulations
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and
tools
