Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead a
team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new business and
driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to develop, manage,
and close sales opportunities
Attract, hire, and retain high-performing Account Executives
through diverse recruiting channels
Conduct regular pipeline and deal reviews to coach team members and
support deal strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience
7-10+ years of experience in quota-carrying software sales,
preferably in a SaaS environment
3-5+ years of management experience in a sales environment
Proven success in hiring, developing, and promoting inside sales
representatives
Familiarity with sales methodologies and experience using
Salesforce
