Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation & Support
Manager to lead HRIS and payroll implementations and provide
ongoing client support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation for high-touch clients, including
planning, setup, data migration, and go-live support
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the
implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition to the
platform
Provide technical support post-go-live, including troubleshooting
issues and assisting with customizations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HRIS
implementation
Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll systems, including data
migration and configuration
Experience in project management tools and support ticketing
systems
Demonstrated ability in customer support and troubleshooting
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle
multiple implementations concurrently
