Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of FP&A to lead the
financial planning and analysis team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of the annual budget and ongoing
forecasting processes
Monitor key performance indicators and analyze variances to provide
actionable insights
Collaborate with business partners to communicate evolving business
trends and support management decisions
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a
related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and
financial modeling
In-depth understanding of financial statements and GAAP
Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan,
Adaptive/Workday Planning)
Knowledge of SaaS business models and experience analyzing SaaS
metrics
