Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of FP&A to build out its
FP&A team and function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize the strategic finance team, ensuring analytical
rigor and cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate with leadership to analyze business decisions and
provide financial insights
Manage the financial planning and budgeting lifecycle, connecting
operational goals to financial targets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
8-10+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years in
management
Proven experience in managing financial operations and systems
Experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment
A desire to contribute to improving the U.S. healthcare system
