Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure client success
with solutions
Engage with customer executives to track and measure the impact of
solutions
Build tools and processes to support team engagement and customer
retention
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of customer-facing experience in a relevant
role
Experience driving software implementation and adoption best
practices
Technical competency to understand customer use cases and
architectural requirements
Some management experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent
experience
