Job Description:
A company is looking for an SMB Customer Success Manager to
drive product adoption and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary customer contact focusing on product adoption
and contract utilization
Develop renewal plans in partnership with renewals management to
secure renewals and growth
Liaise with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive
product development
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success or customer-facing
role in Software or Martech
Experience managing a book of 40-60 customers
Experience training and enabling multiple customer personas on
software
Ability to coordinate and influence internal and external
stakeholders effectively
Comfortable in a start-up environment with a focus on agility and
continuous improvement
