Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Programmatic to lead
their Programmatic division and drive client performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive programmatic strategy aligned
with business objectives
Oversee execution, optimization, and reporting of programmatic
campaigns for maximum ROI
Lead and mentor a team of programmatic strategists, fostering a
high-performance culture
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with at least 3
years in a leadership role
Proven track record in managing high-performance programmatic
campaigns in the B2B tech/SaaS space
Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs and ad
exchanges
Strong analytical skills, proficient in campaign analysis tools
Experience in communicating with C-Suite executives during key
account interactions
