A company is looking for an HRIS and Data Reporting Analyst to
analyze data and provide actionable insights for people-related
decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize HRIS functionality and support People Operations
information systems
Conduct audits for data accuracy and compliance, and develop custom
reports for HR and management
Analyze People Operations data to support workforce planning and
provide insights for decision-making
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of relevant work experience in HR, data analysis, or
related fields
Proficiency in HRIS system functionalities for data management and
reporting
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including macros and pivot
tables
Experience in HRIS implementation and managing vendor file
feeds
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
