Job Description:
A company is looking for a Social Media Operations Supervisor to
oversee the social media response team and ensure efficient
workflow and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise staff, monitor workflow, and ensure timely processing to
meet organizational objectives
Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and
implement process enhancements
Handle escalated customer inquiries and collaborate with other
departments to improve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum two years of direct supervisory experience with hiring and
firing authority
Two years of experience in healthcare or a production
environment
Experience managing a team of at least ten associates
Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems is preferred
