goals. We are seeking an Audit Senior Manager to join the Banking
Audit practice. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing

to Work" awards What Work You Will be Responsible For:
- Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit
strategy
- Lead multiple audit engagements and competing priorities
- Review and examine, and analyze accounting records, financial
statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy,
completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural
standards
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage
expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts
effectively
- Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals
- Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagement
- Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- 7+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience
- CPA
- Experience with Banking clients Preferred/Desired
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field

serve these clients. Salary Information: For NYC and California,
the expected salary range for this position is between $120,000.00
and $200,000.00. The range for the position in other geographies
may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will
be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by
