Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Representative to manage
reports, resolve claim edits, and respond to inquiries to support
back-end functions across customer sites in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Review patient accounts to ensure claims are accurate and
billable
Identify and resolve claim edits while understanding billing
guidelines and payer requirements
Initiate contact and respond to inquiries from various external
sources
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Ability to execute processes efficiently and maintain high
quality
Computer literacy skills, including Excel spreadsheets and
Microsoft Office products
Enhanced customer service skills
