Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist for a
temporary remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers to collect overdue payments
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
Analyze customer accounts to identify overdue balances
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Credit Collections Specialist or similar
role
Strong understanding of credit and collections processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite & Salesforce
is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
